We an ISO 9001:2008 certified company strive to provide quality products adhering to National and International standards. Our products undergo stringent quality checks at every stage by an efficient and trained QC team. Several measures are also adopted at every stage of manufacturing to produce best of the product. The quality control department of AEW follows several steps for monitoring production.

Raw Material Inspection – The raw materials are thoroughly inspected by the technically qualified members of the QC team, in terms of metallurgical and physical properties.

Process Control – This ensures that process is predictable, stable, and operates consistently at the target level of performance.

Final Inspection – The products are sent for final inspection to ensure it meets the customer specifications.

Packaging – Once through with the final inspection, components are sent for packaging. The packaging process is again systematically carried out & supervised to ensure no dents or damages.

Dock Audit – Before final dispatch, the products undergo a process of dock audit where the concerned members find out whether the weight and number of products are properly mentioned on the packaged cover.

Dispatch- After the QC team has ensured that the products have met the required quality, the products are dispatched.
